Hongma technology research and development center established in Jan 6, 2006. It occupies about 700 square meters and owns 33 research personnels. The main organizational structures includes planning group, developing group, testing group and operating group. The vice-general manager in charge of technology department serves as the director of R&D center, and focus on finance, process, and results of technical projects. The technical engineer and technical director in developing group serves as deputy director, take charge of technology development and design process. Quality director in testing group is responsible of products’ trial-producing, testing and inspecting. The vice-general manager charging selling as well as product distribution process. R&D center equipped variously,such as Material Mechanical Property Test, Direct-reading Spectrograph Chemical Composition, Impact Test, Hardness Homogeneity Testing Equipment, Sand Test Equipment and so on. Company has set up organizational structures and operation system of R&D center, owned specific research areas and projects, established perfect regulations, management methods and incentive mechanism.
