Zhejiang HongMa Foundry CO.,LTD. is located in Maji Town of Pinghu City. The economically developed Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone. Being 1 hour of driving away from Shanghai, Hangzhou, Suzhou and Ningbo, the company enjoys an advantageous geographical position and a convenient transportation. The company occupies 186,760 square meters with 50.000 square meters of construction area. It exercises jurisdiction over several entities including Zhejiang HongMa Machinery Manufacturing Co.,Ltd., Pinghu City Chenglong Precision Casting Factory and th material management department of Pinghu City alloy steel foundry. The company owns a staff of more than 300 professional and technical skilled workers and has accumulated more than 20 years of production experience.
The enterprise has been set up with advanced production technology and full production equipment and testing equipment , cast steel shop , cast iron shop, precision casting shop and machine processing structure components making up the professional workshop; and has been equipped with a 10 KV dedicated line, a substation, the total installed capacity being 9500 KVA; and also two resin sand molding production lines, one water glass casting production line, 5 units of 5-ton medium frequency melting furance, 3 sets of 1.5 ton intermediate frequency smelting furance, 4 sets of 0.25-1 ton intermediate frequency smelting furance and 100 sets of shot blasting and lifting machinery and some advanced physical and chemical testing equipment such as Germany Spike spectrometer, universal testing machine, impact testing machines and ultrasonic flaw detector, ensuring a productiong capacity of 25,000 tons per year of carbon steel and alloy steel casting and 6,000 tons per year of gray iron and ductile iron.
